Group A:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Part 1, Week 5<\/strong>: 27 - 30 January 2026 Group B:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Part 1, Week 7:<\/strong> 10 - 13 February 2026 This social course is for people with a combined visual and hearing impairment who want increased insight and knowledge about the political system in Norway and Norway's relationship with the rest of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The course is suitable for anyone who wants a deeper understanding of Norwegian democracy, and for participants with an interest in politics, society and the world around us. The course is suitable both for those who have experience in politics, but also for those who feel that they don't know much already, but want to learn. The course is designed so that everyone will get a boost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The course provides an introduction to the Norwegian political system. How decisions are made and how Norway relates to international agreements and institutions. In other words, we discuss politics, the EU, Ukraine, Russia, Trump and other issues in the news. After completing the course, the aim is for you to have knowledge of how the Storting works and be familiar with election processes. You will have knowledge of the EU, EEA, NATO and a number of other issues, giving you the confidence and expertise to participate in and understand the society around us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
