They share their everyday lives and what it's like to live with visual and hearing impairment. The aim of the series is to increase knowledge about living with combined visual and hearing impairment\/deafblindness, and to show the diversity this group represents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Episode 1: The quest for mastery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eirik works as a senior network and IT security consultant at Netpower IT Solutions. He is deafblind and has Norwegian sign language as his first language. None of his colleagues know sign language. She was going to lose her sight, but couldn't imagine a life as a blind person. He was born deaf and knows that one day he will lose his sight.
