The results in the vast majority of areas are very good. Eikholt means a lot to many users and is important for their quality of life. The staff at Eikholt get a large part of the credit for the good results. Many users would like more\/often courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As many as 91 % of the respondents are either very satisfied or fairly satisfied with Eikholt. As many as 70 % are very satisfied. As many as 98 % answer that it is very likely or quite likely that they would recommend Eikholt to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do users find most important about Eikholt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Services are customised to users' needs
2. Eikholt has great employees
3. Eikholt provides an opportunity to meet others in the same situation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was enjoyable reading material, and many took the opportunity to write in their own feedback. One user says the following: \"I have been to a vision assessment and received valuable guidance, advice and understanding of the combined sensory loss. It contributes to better coping. The written report after the assessment has become a valuable document.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also get confirmation of the importance of meeting others and the opportunity to share experiences: \"I'm really happy that Eikholt exists and my heart is in Eikholt because of the area and the opportunity to meet others who have the same disease.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users are also very satisfied with the quality of the services they receive from Eikholt. They are most satisfied with how they are greeted by the staff and the good information they receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The survey also shows that Eikholt has a very good reputation among users, and this was emphasised:<\/strong>
1. Skilled employees
2. Good services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users are also very satisfied with the centre in Drammen, the top three were:<\/strong>
1. Safe place to be
2. Good food
3. Good location, good course rooms, outdoor areas and accommodation (somewhat dissatisfied with fitness room).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there anything Eikholt can do better?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the survey, there was also room to provide your own input, and we wanted feedback on whether there is anything Eikholt can do better?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Maybe have more programmes for children?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Just more opportunities to meet good specialists. They are great people!\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Missing a bit more social offers in the evening.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The survey confirms that Eikholt is doing a lot right and has a unique position with most users. We will continue to work on developing both the site and the courses, and this foundation gives us great inspiration and motivation to continue the important work!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

January - February 2020, B2S Research conducted a user survey for Eikholt. A total of 143 users who had received services during the past six months were invited to respond. The response rate was approximately 43 %.
