She is from Tehran, and has lived in Drammen since 2011. She is educated in economics, human rights, pedagogy and visual pedagogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, she has worked both as a teacher and a researcher, and she has been a vision educator for the past 10 years. At Eikholt, you will meet Fereshteh as a counsellor in both vision education and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\"ICT and visual education are some of the areas I am most passionate about\"<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fereshteh has extensive educational experience, both from adult education and primary school, a useful background in meeting everyone who comes to Eikholt. In recent years, she has worked as a counsellor in the field of acquired deafblindness. In 2021, she completed her master's degree in visual education and visual rehabilitation. Her master's thesis is about how to use gaze in interaction with students with Down Syndrome and sensory challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romy is also a trained Inclusive Education Pedagogue, Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher, and specialises in psychomotor skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\"I look forward to versatile and exciting work tasks\"<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Communication and interaction are some of the areas Romy is interested in.
