Perhaps you also have interests and hobbies that can be utilised in our courses? A desire to work interdisciplinary is a given in this position.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development and implementation of customisation courses, individually and in groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Training and follow-up of our users in braille, mobility and the use of visual aids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mapping of rehabilitation needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training programmes for professionals and teaching at colleges and universities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Counselling for children, young people and adults\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with specialised environments nationally and internationally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project work and other professional development work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation and publication of knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Some travelling must be expected<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vision educator or other relevant education within vision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional education\/specialisation in the field of mobility is desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience from vision assessment, rehabilitation and educational work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience from development and project work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign language skills are desirable, but not a requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We emphasise:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility and solution focus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal suitability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We can offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Challenging and exciting interdisciplinary tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A highly skilled professional environment with high job satisfaction and motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in national and international professional environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good professional development opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training in different forms of communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good pension and insurance schemes in KLP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salary according to agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you find this exciting and want to hear more about the position and our business?
