The same applies to how we retrieve information. Online banking, Digipost and Helsenorge are examples of this. To be able to use these services, you need both knowledge and skills. We will guide you to find your way in the digital world regardless of your age and life situation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technology for an active lifestyle&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, technology is evolving and becoming increasingly easy to use. New assistive technology increases accessibility and contributes to active participation at school, at work and in leisure time. Examples of such aids are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>smartphones and tablets with various programmes and apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reading list <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spectacle camera with text-to-speech function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Technology helps us gather information, communicate and be active participants in society.  At Eikholt we can offer you a varied range of personalised training in ICT assistive technology and everyday technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before we organise a course, we carry out a thorough mapping of your knowledge and needs so that we can tailor the training to you.
