We are looking for an ICT operations manager with good collaboration skills

Work areas:

  • Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and further development of audiovisual and signalling equipment
  • Responsibility for development, operation and maintenance of internal ICT systems
  • Seek out new solutions for internal use in collaboration with employees
  • User support and training in ICT systems
  • Responsibility for a smooth transition to an external supplier of ICT support for employees

Desired qualifications:

  • Good teamwork skills and a good service attitude
  • Ability to be flexible and think holistically
  • Education in IT and/or systems operation. Experience can compensate for education.
  • Knowledge of and experience with coping and safety-enhancing technology
  • Experience with operation of medical record systems. Eikholt uses Ad Curis
  • Knowledge of information security and privacy
  • Good knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience from working with people is a plus
