Information for those attending Eikholt courses

Prior to visiting Eikholt, it is very important that you ask yourself the following questions:
- Do I have a fever, sore or aching throat, cold, cough, heavy breathing, chest pain, runny nose or other flu-like symptoms?
- Have I lost my sense of taste or smell?
- Have I returned from travelling abroad where there is a high spread of infection in the last 14 days?
- Have I been in close contact with a person who is confirmed sick or suspected of being infected with the corona virus (see symptoms above) within the last 14 days?
- Am I the risk group, i.e. at higher risk of a serious course of infection?
If the answer is no to all these questions, you are welcome to attend the Eikholt course. If you answer yes to any of these questions, please contact Thomas Øverby, Course Manager, on 902 74 668.
Our measures for stays at Eikholt:
- We maintain the recommended distance of 2 metres (this does not apply between user and companion/interpreter).
- We use face masks if it is not possible to keep a distance of 2 metres.
- Unfortunately, we do not shake hands or hug.
- Hand hygiene is the most important and simplest preventive infection control measure, and handwashing and hand disinfection are organised in all public areas.
- We regularly clean all surfaces and perform daily cleaning routines.
- We have separate and detailed hygiene measures when we perform vision and hearing examinations, which are visible at the AV clinic.
- In common areas, everyone will be directed to fixed seats.
- There is no opportunity for mingling during your stay.
As always, we adhere to current infection control rules from the authorities.
