About Eikholt
Eikholt is a national resource centre for people with combined visual and hearing impairments. At the intersection of sensory loss, communication, technology and participation, we provide specialised expertise, training and courses for coping. We have a special responsibility for professional development, innovation and knowledge sharing at national level.

💼 Responsibilities and duties
- Lead and further develop Eikholt's business in line with the social mission
- Financial management and financial responsibility
- Personnel responsibility
- Represent the foundation nationally and internationally
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the professional, user and administrative environment and with the Board of Directors
🎯 We are looking for you who have:
- Higher education and relevant management experience
- Understanding of interaction between the public sector and non-profit organisations
- Experience with strategic development, financial responsibility and people management
- Interest in sensory loss, inclusion and technology
