Orientation and mobility

Who is the course suitable for:

This course is for people with combined visual and hearing impairments who want to increase their knowledge of mobility as a subject area.  

Are you curious and want to explore different tools and strategies?  

The course is held as a workshop. This means that you as a participant are involved in developing new knowledge and insights together with an interdisciplinary group of trainers. During the course, you will gain insight into various topics within orientation and mobility. The course content is adapted to the course participants.

Course content:

• You'll learn how to utilise visual and auditory residue in orienteering 
• You want to try out traditional and new mobility aids 
• Practical tasks and exchange of experience
