Who is the course suitable for

This course is for people with a combined visual and hearing impairment who experience challenges with reading due to vision loss. If you want to learn about alternative methods and possibilities, this course will benefit you.

Course content and objectives

Etter endt kurs vil du ha kjennskap til metoder og muligheter som passer for ditt syn og din hørsel, som du kan jobbe videre med når du kommer hjem.

• The smart ones: Use artificial intelligence to find and read the information you need, quickly and securely
• Read with sight and hearing: Lær om talende lese-TV, lesemaskiner, og eventuelt andre nye tekniske løsninger
• Read with your fingers: Introduction to braille and reading list
• A world of words: bli kjent med ulike måter å lese på, som lydbøker, fulltekst DAISY-bøker, e-bøker, blader,
  leseklubber – eller kanskje litt av alt
