Rolf Lund appointed as researcher at Eikholt
Rolf Lund has been appointed to a 50 % contract position as special advisor/researcher. Rolf took up the position on 1 January 2016. The main focus of the position will be project management, systematic documentation and publishing.

Two new course programmes in 2016

Thesis confirms that Usher syndrome leads to poorer health
People with Usher syndrome have poorer health than others, regardless of the type of syndrome they have. This is shown by Moa Wahlqvist's doctoral thesis, which will be presented at Örebro University this coming Friday.

Health sports course November 2015
The health sports courses at Eikholt are organised to be the best possible learning arena for students at the three educational institutions for sign language and interpreting education in Norway: Sør-Trøndelag University College, Bergen University College and Oslo and Akershus University College. Students at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, Department of Physical Activity and Health, are responsible for the training programme.

15 September was a happy day. We marked the opening of a new service: The AV Clinic, a clinic for audio-visual assessment and customisation.
