During this course, you get to try out different activities. You will have the opportunity to test and experience for yourself whether there are new activities or strategies that can help improve your energy balance in everyday life.

Course content 

  • Activities such as balance exercises and yoga 
  • Explore the use of clay and other materials in practice 
  • Knowledge dissemination and exchange of experience on energy balance
