Family course: Life with Usher syndrome

Who is the course suitable for

This is a course for families who have children/young people under the age of 18 with Usher syndrome.

Course content and objectives

You'll get to meet other families in the same situation, and get great experiences and inspiration through activity and participation. There will also be professional lectures with the opportunity for questions and dialogue.

• Living in a family with Usher - as parents, siblings and as a child/young person with the diagnosis 
• New research on Usher syndrome
• The importance of vision and hearing in activities 
• Several lectures and activities at the same time, adapted to age and needs
• Exchange of experience and joint activities
