Close person course: time for me

Who is the course suitable for:

The course is for those who are in a close relationship with a person with combined visual and hearing impairment. 

You will be alone in the course and meet other people close to you.

Course content:

• You meet others in the same situation with the opportunity to expand your network 
• You share your own experiences with input and support from trainers and course participants 
• You take part in social activities together with other carers 
• Time for you, with self-care and life management as recurring themes in the course
