Cooking and activities around cooking can be perceived as demanding. It is common to experience challenges related to purchasing, preparing, cooking and serving food. During this course, you will gain experience of how you can better master the challenges associated with cooking.
This course is for those who want to know how to seize these opportunities and master the challenges in a good way.
You'll also get to experience food with Eikholt's talented kitchen staff, who will take us on a journey into new trends in the food world.
Course content:
- Sensory experiences with food: smell, taste and touch
- How to use aids and technology throughout the cooking process
- Course participants are challenged to share their experiences on the topic of food.
The course will mainly take place at Eikholt, but during the course we will also have food experiences in other exciting places.

This is a course for anyone who likes food and wants inspiration and tips in the kitchen. Do you like to cook and want to make everyday food a little more exciting? Are you a person who loves to share food experiences with others? Then this is the course for you!
