Who is the course suitable for:

The course is for you who are in a close relationship with a person with combined vision and hearing impairment. You will meet other people in a similar situation and attend the course alone.

Course objectives and content

The course aims to give you a boost in your everyday life so that you can look after yourself to a greater extent. Self-care, energy balance and the exchange of experiences are recurring themes throughout the course.

• You meet other close relatives and get the opportunity to expand your network
• You gain knowledge on topics such as self-care and energy balance
• You share your own experiences and learn from others
• You take part in social activities together with other carers
