Webinar on assistive technology, organisation and services for people with visual and hearing impairment/deafblindness

Knowledge that empowers those closest to the user

As a national centre, Eikholt is responsible for disseminating knowledge about combined visual and hearing impairment. This is just one of many disabilities that municipal employees and NAV counsellors encounter on a daily basis. That's why it's important to reach out to those who work closest to the user, with knowledge that strengthens them in the meetings and tasks they have to perform for this target group.

The fact that so many people chose to follow the webinar throughout the day is both a result of a good collaboration with NAV to reach out with information about the webinar, and that the content was perceived as relevant to many. This was also confirmed by the feedback given in the surveys we sent out to participants during the webinar.
